Another Memory Gone! |
This building, which had stood empty (and nearly derelict) for years, will be familiar to many of our faithful readers. Sadly, it had reached to point of no return.

This was Jackson's grocery store when Your Faithful Scribe was a kid. Later it was Mr. Hassen's liquor shop.
It was located near the railroad tracks and next to Machpelah Cemetery. (You can see what was Ceno's Grocery in the
background of the third picture.)
Anyone have some memories of this place to share with us?
