Rebirth of the Ice Cream Social!

A pleasant custom, the Ice Cream Social, reappeared recently in Lexington! The event was held to raise funds for the Lexington Historical Association, and featured the famous Marshall Town Band which provided the music. The social was originally scheduled for the Court House lawn, but rain forced a relocation to the Municipal Auditorium. The occasion was also graced by Your Faithful Scribe and her husband, Ken!
